Dear Tristan,

We have returned from our trip to Tenerife and I just wanted to let you know how please I was with all of the arrangements. Thanks to you, Emily had a wonderful birthday trip. The dive video and the flowers were very thoughtful and meant a lot to her!

The Aqua Marina Dive Centre was excellent, very professional and provided Emily with 10 unique dive locations with wonderful leaders. The hotel was very good, clean, and pleasant, well situated with wonderful breakfasts. It appears to be the best of the three we discussed. The flights were also fine.

The one very minor difficulty was with the transfers to and from the airport. The coach which took us to the hotel on arrival waited for other passengers and stopped at many locations so that it took perhaps 3 times as long as necessary to get to our hotel. I believe this is standard for this service and I might have been more patient if I had known to expect it… For the return it wasn’t clear how to liaise with the service providing the transfer about when we would be picked up as details were not included in our travel documents. Fortunately, the staff at the Mediterranean Palace managed to sort this for us and the trip back to the airport was fine.

I just wanted to give you this feedback. I will certainly plan to use Scuba Travel again and recommend you to my friends.
